At Liz and Honey, we aim to please! We hope you love your purchase, but if not, feel free to send it back for store credit only! THIS IS A NEW POLICY - WE ARE NO LONGER ISSUING REFUNDS! Items are eligible for STORE CREDIT if the garment is un-worn, un-washed, un-altered with all original tags still attached. ALL SALE/CLEARANCE items purchased with a discount code are not eligible for store credit returns.
To receive store credit for your purchase, items must be sent back/postmarked within 14 days of delivery date according to tracking info. Items that are returned outside of this window will not be eligable for returns and store credit.
Trouble with your order? Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you believe you have received DEFECTIVE merchandise, you must contact customer service within 3 days of receipt. NO EXCEPTIONS! If you were sent incorrect items or are missing items from your order please contact our customer service at info@lizandhoney.com.
To return an item by mail, please include your packing slip inside your package and mail packages to:

Also, we suggest that you send items back using USPS, UPS or FedEx along with a tracking number. We are not responsible for items that are lost while in-transit to us!
Once we receive your items they will be processed within 7-10 business days at which time you will be issued store credit for the item and any applicable taxes. An email with your store credit code will be sent to you once your store credit has been processed. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Store credit will be issued via coupon code. A code will be sent to the email provided.
