We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Discover debit and credit cards as well as PayPal. We don't accept personal checks, money orders, direct bank transfers or multiple forms of payment. Remember that your account will be charged as soon as your order is submitted!
Texas sales tax (8.25%) will be applied to orders shipped to Texas, regardless of billing address.
Checkout Problems - Please make sure that the billing address entered on the checkout page matches that of your credit card statement. If that address differs, your order may not be successfully processed. If you continue to have errors and are using PayPal, please consider using a credit card instead. If you are unsure whether your order went through, check your e-mail to see if you received a receipt. If not, please contact us and we will look into the issue for you.
Order Status - We process orders multiple times throughout the day (Monday through Friday), excluding holidays, and ship same or next day on all orders in stock via UPS. Orders typically arrive within 1-2 business days although this is not guaranteed. Expedited or overnight options are available by calling or emailing our store.
Successfully placed orders receive an e-mail receipt with your order details. If you do not receive this item, please check your SPAM folder or email us for confirmation.
If you need to modify your order, please contact us immediately via e-mail. We will not be able to make changes to your order after your order has shipped. Orders cannot be canceled once they are placed.
Tracking Your Order - Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with your tracking information. Your tracking information can also be found by logging into your account.
At Liz and honey, we aim to please! If you are not in love with your purchase or it doesn't fit, you may return it to us for a full refund as long as you meet our return guidelines.
If you're located in Dallas, feel free to bring returns into our Inwood Village store, located next to Starbucks. Our hours are 10am - 6pm Mon - Fri and 10am - 5pm Saturdays.
At Liz and Honey, we aim to please! We hope you love your purchase, but if not, feel free to send it back! Items are eligible for return if the garment is un-worn, un-washed, un-altered with any original tags still attached. SALE/CLEARANCE items purchased with a discount code of 40% or more are eligible for store credit returns only.
To receive a full refund for your purchase, items must be sent back/postmarked within 7 days of delivery date according to tracking info. Items that are returned outside of this window will be received for store credit only. Anything returned after 30 days cannot be returned.
Trouble with your order? Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you believe you have received DEFECTIVE merchandise, you must contact customer service within 3 days of receipt. NO EXCEPTIONS! If you were sent incorrect items or are missing items from your order please contact our customer service at email@example.com.

Also, we suggest that you send items back using USPS, UPS or FedEx along with a tracking number. We are not responsible for items that are lost while in-transit to us!
Once we receive your items they will be processed within 7-10 business days at which time you will be issued a refund or store credit for the item and any applicable taxes. We will email you once your return has been processed. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
If you wish to make a SIZE EXCHANGE, please place a new order for your correct size and then send back return items to be processed for either a refund or store credit per return guidelines.
