We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Discover debit and credit cards as well as PayPal. We don't accept personal checks, money orders, direct bank transfers or multiple forms of payment. Remember that your account will be charged as soon as your order is submitted!
Texas sales tax (8.25%) will be applied to orders shipped to Texas, regardless of billing address.
Checkout Problems - Please make sure that the billing address entered on the checkout page matches that of your credit card statement. If that address differs, your order may not be successfully processed. If you continue to have errors and are using PayPal, please consider using a credit card instead. If you are unsure whether your order went through, check your e-mail to see if you received a receipt. If not, please contact us and we will look into the issue for you.
Shipping and Tracking
Order Status - We process orders multiple times throughout the day (Monday through Friday), excluding holidays, and ship same or next day on all orders in stock via USPS first class mail, unless you choose a faster shipping option at checkout. Pre-orders and custom orders will have a longer turnaround time which will be noted in the item description.
Successfully placed orders receive an e-mail receipt with your order details. If you do not receive this item, please check your SPAM folder or email us for confirmation.
If you need to modify your order, please contact us immediately via e-mail. We will not be able to make changes to your order after your order has shipped. Orders cannot be canceled once they are placed.
Tracking Your Order - Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with your tracking information. Your tracking information can also be found by logging into your account.
At Liz and honey, we aim to please! If you are not in love with your purchase or it doesn't fit, you may return it to us for a full refund as long as you meet our return guidelines (please see our return policy)
Liz and Honey sells contemporary ladies clothing. While many of our brands tend to run slightly small, each style fits differently! To get an idea of the fit, each product description tells what size our model is wearing and offers size and height of the model. We hope this information is help for you.
